We offer payment options to make sure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are securely processed by a third-party payment provider and are protected by encryption. For payment by bank transfer, the shipment will take place as soon as the payment is displayed.

– pursuant to Article 49, paragraph 4, –
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving the reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last asset.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform us Art & Kolors Via Levada 8/1 31029 Vittorio Veneto TV, e-mail: info@artekolors.com, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (for example letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, upon receipt of the goods you will be refunded the payments made to us with regard to the products, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The cost of shipping to send the products to your address will not be refunded. Such refunds will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of such refund.
The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the consumer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
Please return the goods or deliver them to Art & Kolors via Leavada 8/1 31029 Vittorio Veneto TV, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by you (shipping costs).
The cost of return costs starts at € 5.90 ( In ITALY )and may vary depending on the size of the package and the number of products. An exact estimate will be communicated to you at the time of return.
You are responsible only for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a handling of the property other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
